Email Notification Issues

We experienced an issue where some users did not receive expected email notifications related to video activity and invites. This occurred between 2:00 PM PT on March 26 and 12:30 PM PT on March 27. The issue has been resolved and all affected email notification are now functioning as expected.
Single API instance issue
Resolved Mar 24 at 11:05am MST
We identified and resolved an issue affecting one API server instance, which was temporarily unable to connect to the database. This may have resulted in errors or service degraded for a small number of requests handled by that specific instance.
All other infrastructure remained fully operational during this time. The affected instance was removed from rotation and the issue has been addressed.
